Reservation Policies
3-Night Minimum in season. Rates subject to change without notice. Deposit
of one night's rental rate or 1/3 weekly rate is required to confirm reservation.
Deposit is applied to last night of rental. All major credit cards accepted.
Personal checks accepted for advance deposits only- if received 2 weeks
prior to arrival date. No personal checks accepted at time of
arrival. Payments or reservations are non-transferable. All reservations
and rates are subject to confirmation, failure of guests to vacate, strike,
of other conditions beyond our control. This property is privately owned
and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. These
rates do not apply to weekend rentals, holidays and conventions. Please
notify us of late arrival (after 6:00 PM). $10.00 key deposit is required
upon check in. Sorry, no pets. Requests honored when available. Couples between the ages of 21 and 25 are required to leave a security deposit in cash at the desk. For adequate
supervision, we cannot accept reservations for more than 3 children per
adult and it must be a parent or legal guardian. MISREPRESENTATION
VOIDS RESERVATION.
Cancellations
All changes and/or cancellations with at least 2 weeks notice subject
to 25% service charge and refunded upon receipt of written notice; under
2 weeks notice - no refund. No refunds on early check-outs.
