NOTE TO GUESTS ABOUT AGES

 

All adults must be over 25 years of age or staying with a parent or legal guardian. PLEASE NOTE: ID's will be checked and a copy of ID’s and a valid credit card will be held on file! Anyone under 25 must be with a parent OR GET PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM MANAGEMENT. Misrepresentation of age will result in cancellation of reservation with no refund of deposit.

Deposits/Cancellations

 

Minimum stays may apply.  1 night deposit required for reservations 3 nights or less, 30% deposit on all rentals over 3 nights. Personal checks accepted for advance deposits only if received 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until deposit is received. Deposits or unused nights are not transferable to another guest or time period. The customer is responsible for the entire number of days reserved. No refunds for weather or for early check outs. In case of changes or cancellation a 25% service charge may be applied if canceled more than 2 weeks prior to reservation start. Acceptance of such changes is solely within the discretion of management. Cancellation less than 14 days of reservation start is not refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email, fax or mail. $10 Cash key deposit required at Check In and refunded at Check-Out when keys are returned.

Payment

 

Balance due upon arrival via cash, travelers checks, Visa, Master Card or money orders. No personal checks will be accepted for balance upon arrival. Rates are based on the number of persons occupying a room. No visitors allowed. Rates are subject to NJ sales tax and tourist taxes.

Check-in/Check-out

 

Check-in time is any time after 3:00 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10:00 am. Reservations will be held until 6:00 pm unless otherwise notified. In case of a late arrival, please contact the office 609.522.3333 prior to 6:00pm.

We do allow you to park one car and use the facilities before check in and after check out for a period of time determined by management.

Additional Room Policies

 

Due to the changes in arrival and departure patterns we only guarantee room types, not room numbers. NO VISITORS. All units are NON-SMOKING. NO PETS are permitted in rooms, nor are bikes or surfboards. Seafood can only be cooked at the outside grill area. Never in the guest rooms! These policies help us with room upkeep and ensure comfort for all of our guests. For adequate supervision, we cannot accept reservations for more than 3 children per adult and the adult must be a parent or legal guardian. Thank you.

Parking

 

Off-street parking is available for ONE car per unit only. Oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated. Parking is not assigned. No parking is permitted for visitors.

Misrepresentation

 

Misrepresentation will void the reservation and will lead to forfeiture of amounts prepaid.

Notice to all guests:

 

Front desk may be closed from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. All reservations and rates are subject to confirmation, failure of guests to vacate, strike or other conditions beyond our control. This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. To ensure the well-being of our guests and property, if service is refused for 48 hours, a member of hotel management will check on the guest room.
